I need models in the Southwest Florida Area

I am looking for models for a number of projects. All project will be contracted between myself and the model to share the profits of all proceeds.

Models may bring a chaperone as long as they do not interfere with shoot. Models are responsible for their own make up and hair.

Models will receive the following  percentages on the contracts:
50% of content photos sales (photos sold to other web sites for their use)
40% of Cd sales with model as sole entertainer (nudes and lingerie shoots)
30% of Cd sales when shared with another model.
50% of net web site membership revenue of pay site (I create the site)
40% of net print revenue (i.e.) Individual photo sales.
30% of net calendar sales as sole model or 30% of portion of photos used on a shared model production.

These percentages are based on sales. As long as we sell the product created you will receive your percentage. This is the reason for the contract - it insures that you will get paid!
I do the following types of shoots: Fashion, casual, swimsuit, lingerie, artistic, artistic nudes, nudes, erotic, location shoots both indoors and outdoors.
Contract Models are not asked to pay for any services. I provide Lingerie and clothing in many of my shoots and some of these items will be given to the model. Models also receive Cd(s) of photos in High Quality Digital Format (JPG) for portfolio use.
